My biggest issue is he knows there is no way he can do 2 surveys for the same court. Nor was any work preformed by his company. Our contract does not say anything about no refunds, nor did he ever verbally say anything about any cancellations or refunds when I signed the contract. I explained to him I'm in court and I can not have the same company do the survey, he still refuse to return my money. I immediately called, I was told by *********************, this was not a conflict of interest, and he would not return my ******. he got back in the work truck and talked on the phone for a couple minutes, got back out and said you have to call the boss. one of the workers said I understand, let me call the boss. I immediately told them this is a conflict of interest, they could have told me that over the phone when I scheduled the service, and I would have declined their service. I immediately explained that I was in litigation with my neighbor, They replied, we know, we did the survey for her. On 09/13/22, some of the workers showed up to do the survey. I Hired this company to do a survey of my property, And I explained very clearly to ************************ I was in litigation with my neighbor to the south of my home, over the property line, He explained to me it would take about 6 weeks to get this survey done.
